My clinical training spans several settings, including the McGill University Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic, the Douglas Mental Health Institute Anxiety Disorders Clinic, Medispy Psychological Services, and the N.E.A.T. Clinic. Through these experiences, I have worked with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, and interpersonal difficulties.
At Harmony Clinic, I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples under the supervision of Dr. Zofia Czajkowska. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I aim to foster a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace. Together, we will work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you navigate challenges more effectively. While therapy can help us build resilience and navigate difficult moments, I also believe in the possibility of deeper renewal–growth that arises not only from weathering the storm, but from rebuilding and creating new meaning in its aftermath. My goal is to support you in moving toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.

Hello, bonjour, and welcome! I know that looking for a therapist can sometimes be a scary or daunting task well done on taking this step! I will tell you a bit about myself and if you think we may be a good fit or if you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Harmony Clinic via the general inquiry form on this page or email info@harmonyclinic.ca
I am a licenced psychologist in Québec (Ordre des Psychologues du Québec) and Ontario (College of Psychologists of Ontario). I completed both my MA and PhD in Counselling Psychology at McGill University, where I was trained in evidence-based psychotherapy approaches (i.e., approaches that have been shown to work). I use an integrative therapeutic approach, which means I tailor my approach to each person’s needs and goals, using an integration of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), insight-oriented therapy, humanistic therapy, and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). My integrative approach is couched in an overall trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, anti-racist and anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA2S+ affirmative, and disability affirmative approach.
I provide individual therapy to adults where I work collaboratively with each person to determine their therapeutic goals, help them increase their sense of self-awareness and well-being, and make positive changes in their lives. I consider it an honour to walk along each person with whom I work, and I aim to do so with warmth, respect, and compassion. As I often say to my clients: “You are the expert on you and I am the expert on psychological processes. Together we have the potential to make an excellent team on your journey towards well-being.”
Lastly, here are a few pieces of information that may be helpful: I offer a number of sliding scale spots – please feel free to ask about this option if it is something that could be helpful for you. I offer therapy in English and French. I am able to work with individuals who live in either Québec or Ontario. All sessions are offered virtually over a secure online platform. And lastly, a receipt is provided after each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider and/or declare on your annual taxes as a health expense. I’m wishing you all the best and look forward to hearing from you or meeting you if you think we may be a good fit!

I am therapist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. In my training I gained experience working with a range of clients facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and addiction. Beginning with the belief that each person has the capacity to heal and grow, I offer a helping hand while drawing on evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness-based approaches.
Above all, I bring empathy, non-judgment and genuine interest into all my sessions. I strive to create a comfortable and trusting environment where my clients feel respected and heard. Working collaboratively, I help to identify and pursue goals that enhance coping and increase purpose in life. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and welcome anyone into my sessions. Prior to entering the mental health space, I was an academic historian. I earned my PhD in history from the University of Oxford, where I also taught undergraduates. I have lived and conducted research in several countries, including the UK and India. These experiences inform my curiosity about people and my attention to detail.
